This is a group of six paintings that were done by Anna Mary Riddick. They date from 1880 to the turn of the century.
This is a grouping of Riddick family pieces. The dress is a circa 1840 maternity dress that belonged to Missouri Ann Jones Kilby Riddick. She wore the dress while carrying her five children. Anna Mary Riddick, Missouri’s oldest daughter, made the postage stamp quilt next to the dress. Scrapes from the dress were used in the making of this quilt. Burwell Riddick made the heart pine blanket chest around 1825. |
